Generate Own Certificate. Generated by the device and self installed.

Generate Certificate Signing Request. Using the certificate request, a
certification authority generates a certificate.
To Generate Own Certificate
1.
Select the Private Key Size and enter the Passphrase. (The recommended
Private Key Size is 1024 - High Security). Confirm the Passphrase.
2. Enter the Distinguished Name for Certificate/ Request. Enter the
following information:

Country Name
n
State/ Province Name
n
Locality (Town) Name
n
Organization Name
n
Organizational Unit
n
Common Name (FQDN) or the IP address of the IP71
n
Email
3. Click Submit. You will be prompted to close the browser and open after a
few minutes.
4. Click Reset to reset.
A certificate is automatically generated and stored in the device.
To Generate Certificate Signing Request from a Certificate
Authority
1.
Select the Private Key Size and enter the Passphrase. (The recommended
Private Key Size 1024 - High Security).
2. Enter the information requested.
3. Click Submit.
The following information appears:

n
a Private Key
