3.1- Intended use
3.2- Description of the machine
IMPORTANT!
Machine performance may be affected under poor harvesting conditions,
such as: tilled, braided or lined crops, inadequate planting, improper
land for mechanized harvesting, etc.
This machine is designed and built to accurately harvest and chop several types
of forage crops independent of the planting line, such as corn, sorghum, grass,
sugar cane, oats and similars, producing excellent forage for ensiling and daily
treatment of animals.
Multi-forage harvester in total area, consisting of two front drums equipped
with independent saws with speed regulation, a fully articulated pantographic
frame for lateral coupling to the tractor's hydraulic lift system, two support
wheels with height adjustment for working in rough terrain and contour lines,
a kit for rear coupling to the tractor's hydraulic lift system, platform with two
front and two rear rollers, one of which is movable, with a cutter set box for
varying the cutting length, a chipper rotor containing fourteen knives, a swivel
outlet chute hydraulically operated and a deflector to directs the chopped crop.
This machine is designed exclusively for use in agricultural or similar
operations and should only be used for its intended purpose, according to
the specifications contained in the manual. The use in any other activity is
considered contrary to intended use.
Compliance and strict observance of the operational conditions, maintenance
and repairs, as specified by the manufacturer, are also essential elements of
the intended use.
Operation, maintenance, inspection and other operations on this machine
must be carried out by competent, qualified, skilled or authorized workers
for this purpose (NR 12).
The manufacturer is not responsible for any arbitrary modifications made to
this machine.
The warranty will remain valid whenever the machine is used in accordance
with the instructions described in this manual.
