How to check Euro 4 Speed regulating steering handle (right)
Inspection of the signal output
Step 1
：
Turn the power lock switch to ON.
Step 2
：
Remove the front panel.
Step 3
：
Connect the multimeter between the white/green signal output wire and the black ground
wire on Speed regulating steering handle.
Turn the handle slowly from the start angle to the end angle, and check the signal output voltage
between them.
Standard: Start angle 0.83 - 0.9V
End angle 3.5 - 3.85V
The voltage should change smoothly between standard values with turning Twist Grip.
