Overview
The Control System includes the Driver Box (main controller) and the Dashboard Panel. The Dashboard
Panel communicates with the Driver Box via a CAN Bus. The Driver Box controls the machine electrical
and hydraulic systems by actuating the appropriate pumps and solenoid valves to perform the required
scrubbing, sweeping and drive functions.
The Driver Box communicates with the Engine System controller on the GM engine, and the APECS 3000
Governor on the Kubota diesel to monitor engine parameters. The Driver Box also communicates with the
Relay PCB which provides the engine start and run signals.
