Slide grease pan out.
Make sure grease pan is cool before putting in
water or it may warp the pans.
Take to sink area and spray with degreaser.
Wash with a scrub pad, rinse, and sanitize in the
3-compartment sink.
NOTE: Your MPB73 shipped with two (2) grease
pans. If necessary, rotate them during the day as
needed.
