6.1.6 Replacing the motor ASSY.
6.1.6.1 Replacing the mask motor ASSY.
Replacement part: 34801-1610
1. Remove the cover. (See 5.1, 5.2 and 5.3.)
2. Unscrew BS3 x 6, and remove the shield
plate (34801-M045).
3. Remove the disc cover. (See 5.4.)
4. Disconnect the P6 (J6) and P10 (J10)
connectors on the main board (34801-
BA01).
5. Unscrew SB3 x 6 (n = 4), SW3 (n = 4) and
3PW3 (n = 4), and remove the motor ASSY.
(34801-1610) with the mask ASSY.
* The mask ASSY. to be used depends on the chart type:
1) Type M, T, PhM : Mask ASSY. (34801-1100)
2) Type G
: Mask ASSY. (34801-1110)
3) Type UK : Mask ASSY. (34801-1120)
6. Loosen HH4 x 6 (n = 4), and remove the
chart ASSY. Replace the motor ASSY.
(34801-1610).
7. Reassemble the removed parts in reverse
order.
* Assemble the parts for the distance
between the chart ASSY. and the mask
ASSY. to be 0.5 mm.
8. Adjust the mask position. (See 7.5.)
