The arm assembly is assembled as shown for a left or right
hand installation. Once arm is assembled, connect to the
output shaft of the motor.
The manual release is located on the top center of the motor
assembly. Disengage the manual release as shown.
With the gate in the closed position, push the arm towards
the gate as shown. Tack weld or C-clamp the gate bracket in
place. Permanent welds or bolts should be completed once
limits are set.

Once the arm has been assembled, install the motor
assembly back to the mounting plate and attach the arm to
the output shaft of the motor
