FIGHTER 2010 can be installed in several different
ways. The safety equipment must be installed in
accordance with current regulations for all docking
options. See
www.nibe.se/vvs for more docking
options.
When docking with FIGHTER 2010, a total water vol-
ume, incl. boiler, radiators, pipes, etc. of at least 15–20
litres boiler water per kW output on the heat pump is
recommended.

SMO 10 controls FIGHTER 2010, oil-fired boiler, circu-
lation pumps, shunts, etc. FIGHTER 2010 works with
floating condensing against the heating system and
prioritizes hot water charging via the reversing valve
(VXV1). FIGHTER 2010 works in stage 1 or stage 2
depending on the outdoor air temperature and the
heating requirement. If FIGHTER 2010 cannot meet the heating require-
ment, the oil-fired boiler is started and additional heat-
ing is shunted in.
