1. Check whether the battery has been charged, or
charge the battery.

fail during normal product life. 1 pixel=0.00007%
failure rate. One pixel failure/per year of operation is
considered normal and not a cause for concern.

Blurred or no picture
1. Change battery in the remote control.
2. Ensure that the IR sensor is not covered by object or
the frame. Sensor location is shown on page 5.
IR remote does not work
1. Make sure your router supports Wi-Fi (WLAN).
2. Check the security password, and make sure you
type in the correct password. If you forget the
password, you can either check the setup of access
point/router or call the manufacturer for help.
3. Make sure your Wi-Fi network can be connected to
the internet. If not, please call your ISP (Internet
Service Provider) for help.
