Read the current position value from the Control Panel. Enter this value – or a value that is
slightly less if desired, into the R2L Max Position setup menu.
Entering R2L Max Position Value
Once the value is entered, you do not have to reset this value unless the R2L system has been
reset. This value is stored and maintained on the R2L when the unit is off.
Exceeding R2L Mechanical Height Extent
If you exceed the mechanical extent, you hear a distinct noise coming from the lead screw nut
slipping. At this point, you have lost your zero/home position and you should reset this before
returning to set the Fence Max Position.
You should check the ‘correctness’ of the Max Height Position (and Min Height Position) after
setting a new zero/home position. In most cases, as long as you are not going to the very limit
of the mechanical extents, you will not have to change this value.
