Cautions and Warnings
WARNINGS
Do not modify the system or accessories. Modifications may degrade
measurements or the service life of the product or cause hazardous situations
such as electric shock to occur.
Do not submerge any accessories (keyboard, mouse or remote) in liquid. This may
damage the accessories.
When disconnecting any accessory from the device, pull from the plug and not the
cable.
Inspect the accessories (keyboard, mouse or remote) prior to each use.
If the accessory is dropped, please use caution in handling. Broken enclosure or
chipped/abraded surface may have occurred.
If the accessory is dropped, accessory function may be compromised. It is
recommended to contact Neural Analytics Customer Service.
Do not use an accessory if the accessory body is damaged. This may cause an
electric shock hazard.
Do not use an accessory if the accessory cable or connector are damaged. This
may cause an electric shock hazard.
Avoid installing accessories during an Exam or when the Exam screen is open.
No modification of this equipment is allowed.
To avoid risk of Tipping the cart:

Do Not apply a force greater than 11lbs at 1.5m or above to the cart
•
Ensure wheels are disengaged before attempting to move the cart
•
Use Caution when going over bumps or uneven surfaces
•
Do not lean on the cart
•
Only push the cart using the handles
•
Lower the cart to its lowest setting before moving
To avoid risk of electric shock, this equipment must only be connected to supply
mains with protective earth.
Check the audio volume to avoid hearing loss or damage especially when using
headphones.
Avoid covering or blocking ventilation slots. This may cause the device to overheat
during use.
