Encryption Settings

To Activate SSL on Administration Server
1.
In the Netscape Console navigation tree, select the instance of Administration
Server that you want to activate SSL encryption on.

Click Open to open the management window for the instance of
Administration Server.

Click the Configuration tab.

Click the Encryption tab.
5.
Select “Enable SSL for this server .”
The following are available only when you turn on SSL encryption:

Select “Use this cipher family: RSA.”
7.
Choose the security device where your key is stored:
If the key is stored in the local key database, select “Internal (Software-based).”
If the key is stored on an external device (such as a SmartCard), select that
device.
