In the Select Organizational Unit dialog box, select the organizational unit (
ou

to which the user will belong, and then click OK.

In the Create User window, enter user information:
First Name. Enter the user’s first name.
Last Name. Enter the user’s last name (surname).
Common Name. This is the user’s full name. It is automatically generated
based on the First Name and Last Name entered above. You can edit this name
as necessary.
