View Menu

Viewing the Report

A report is generated after every backup or restore event. 

1. 

From the Desktop Mirror menu, choose 

View > View Report

. 

The Backup Activity window appears showing the backup data log. The Backup Activity 
window will always show the most recent addition to the log at the top of the report.

WARNING!

If Desktop Mirror has reached the limit of the file path length it can 
handle, the Activity report will show: “skipping overly long name: 
<name of the file>. When this warning is displayed, the file is not 
backed up.
