Using Static IP Addressing
This section explains how to connect your 2-Port
Gateway to a broadband service provider that
utilizes Static IP assigned addresses instead of
DHCP.
If your WAN uses static IP addressing, then you
must disable the 2-Port Gateway’s default
DHCP setting and then enter your static IP
address parameters.
To disable DHCP and enter static IP address
parameters:
1. Open the Web browser on your PC and
enter the following default IP address:
http://192.168.100.1
The 2-Port Gateway’s Web
Management Tool displays.
