Assembly information for new extraction head
11. Cut off excessive length of pressure hoses (U) from new extraction head.
12. Pass pressure hoses and wiring of new extraction head through opening of
housing main part.
13. Press neck of extraction head into opening of housing main part to engage latches.
14. Optional fastening if latch connections are worn:
Fasten extraction head with 2 screws (T) on the inside of the housing main part.
15. Connect the separated hoses with the H-connector (e, delivered with new extrac-
tion head):
Push the hoses to the stop on the H-connector and set the hose clips in the middle
position. Always turn the end of the clips inwards (see detail).
A new extraction
head is equipped
with extended pressure
hoses and an additional
H connector for test pur-
poses.
For trouble-free reconnection of pressure hoses, observe cutting
distances (see page 34 and above).
