Remarks
The settings by this command will not be saved after the module is powered
down.
This function will consume some data.
If the PPP dial-up connection is set up, the module will send heartbeat to the
network at a specified interval after this function is enabled.
This command is applicable to E9C33427 and later versions.
10.2 Setting PPP Heartbeat Interval: + IPTIMER
Description
To set the interval at which the PPP heartbeat should be sent
Format
AT+IPTIMER=<time><CR>
AT+ IPTIMER? <CR>
AT+ IPTIMER =?<CR>
Parameter
< time >: heartbeat sending period
Return Value
<CR><LF>OK<CR><LF>
or
<CR><LF>+ IPTIMER: < time ><CR><LF>
<CR><LF>OK<CR><LF>
or
<CR><LF>+ IPTIMER: (list of supported < time >)<CR><LF>
<CR><LF>OK<CR><LF>
Example
AT+ IPTIMER =30
OK
Set the heartbeat sending period.
AT+ IPTIMER?
+ IPTIMER: 30
OK
Read the current heartbeat sending
period.
AT+ IPTIMER =?
+ IPTIMER: ( 1-180)
OK
Query the value range of the parameter.
Remarks
The setting by this command will not be saved after the module is powered down.
