If there is still a problem with your camera after checking it in accordance with the
troubleshooting guide, turn off the power and call your NED representative.
In such case, please inform us of the status of the camera. You can get the status
by
(1) executing the
“sta” command, or
(2) clicking
“Memory Dump” button when using CLISBeeCtrl.
