Set a value appropriate to your usage environment.

Packet Delay is set to 0 at the time of shipping, however it should be set to

achieve stable capture set it to as large a value as possible.

On the other hand, if the value is too large, the frame rate will drop. See 6.3

“Calculating the maximum value of packet delay” and set to a suitable value.

Furthermore, set the TimeOut setting in your application to an appropriate

value.
