2-12 Introducing the Software

America Online

To find out about America Online features, highlight “America Online” in
the America Online program group. In Windows for Workgroups, double
click. In Windows 95 release highlight “AOL & Internet FREE Trial!” and
release the mouse button. From the Help drop-down menu, select
“Contents.”

CompuServe

Find out more about CompuServe and its features as follows:

1.

Locate the CompuServe Setup icon in one of the following places:

In Windows for Workgroups, the icon is found in the CompuServe
program group.

In Windows 95, it is in the Online Services program group.

2.

Double click the CompuServe Setup icon.

3.

Select Yes to start the installation.

4.

In the Welcome screen, press the View Readme button.

When you finish reading the readme text, exit the file and press Cancel to
stop the installation. If you decide to install the software, press the appro-
priate button and follow the on-screen instructions.

Netscape Navigator Dial-Up Edition

Netscape lets you access all that the Internet has to offer.

You will need to use the Netscape Navigator Install program in the Netscape
Dial-Up Edition menu or program group to install Netscape Navigator.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

Installing Netscape Navigator generates a Netscape Navigator group and a
shortcut icon on your desktop.
