6.  Addition of Optional Devices 

6.1  Addition of a Disk Enclosure 

 

For more capacity,    the addition of one or more Disk Enclosures (DE) allows disk drives to be added. 
(Up to 120 disk drives may be installed with up to eight additional disk enclosures.) 

With the installation of a DE port NF2900-SP02E, up to 16 disk enclosures and up to 240 disk drives 
may be installed.

Be sure to install disk drives into slots PD00, PD01, PD02, and PD03 of the first FC
