SigmaBlade Gold Warranty Program 

If service req uires the rep lacement o f any parts, co mpo nents, 
or mod ules, the rep lacement items beco me the pro perty of 
Custo mer and the rep laced items beco me the property o f 
NECAM. The warranty p eriod for the Machine is fro m its 
original Date o f Installation; the date o n the invoice is 
considered the Date o f Installatio n unless NEC no tifies yo u 
other wise. 

NECAM ma y use new, used, serviceab le, or recond itio ned 
parts, co mponents, or mo dules that are in good wo rking order 
as rep lacements.  Replacement items shall b e o f like kind and 
quality o f those replaced. Spare parts are  warranted for ninety 
(90) days.  

If yo u do not register yo ur Server  with NECAM, you will be 
required to present proof of p urchase as evidence o f yo ur 
entitlement for warranty service. Please retain your proof o f 
purchase  with yo ur records. 

Who is Protected? 

This  warranty may be enforced only b y the original purchaser 
of the Product and is not transferable. 

 

What is Covered and What is Not Covered? 

 

Except as specified belo w, this  warranty covers all defects in 
material or  workmanship in this Product. The fo llo wing are no t 
covered b y this warranty:  

1.

 

Any Prod uct that is not distrib uted in the U.S.A. or Canada 
b y NEC Corporatio n o f America.  

2.

 

Any Prod uct o n  which the serial number has b een defaced, 
modified, or remo ved. 

3.

 

Any Prod uct that has b een remo ved fro m the U.S.A. or 
Canada. 

4.

 

Damage, deterioration, or malfunctio n resulting fro m: 

 

Accident, misuse, ab use, neglect, fire,  water, 
lightning or o ther acts of nature, improper storage, 
unauthorized Prod uct mo dificatio n, or failure to 
follo w instructions supplied with the Prod uct. 

 

Alteration, repair or attempted repair b y anyo ne not 
authorized b y NEC Corporatio n o f America.
