Information Commands
Introduction
You can view configuration information for the switch in the ISCLI. This chapter discusses how to use the ISCLI to
display switch information.
The following table describes general information commands.

Displays system information.

Displays Layer 2 information.

Displays Remote Monitoring Information.

Displays configuration information about each port, including:
Port number
Port speed (10 Mb/s, 100 Mb/s, 1000 Mb/s, or any)
Duplex mode (half, full, or any)
Flow control for transmit and receive (no, yes, or any)
Link status (up or down)

show interface information
Displays port status information, including:
Port number
Whether the port uses VLAN tagging or not
Port VLAN ID (PVID)
Port name
VLAN membership

Displays GEA port mapping information, used by service personnel.

Displays Uplink Failure Detection information.

show information-dump
Dumps all switch information available (10K or more, depending on your
configuration).
If you want to capture dump data to a file, set your communication
software on your workstation to capture session data prior to issuing the
dump commands.
