Calibration
Before proper calibration can be performed, display should warm-up for a minimum of 30 minutes.
If trying to start calibration before the monitor is warmed-up, a warning will appear on the screen
(Figure 1)

3. Select the target UNIFORMITY and UNIFORMITY LEVEL. Press SELECT to go to the next section.
4. Set the target LUMINANCE (cd/m

5. The procedure will ask for the USB sensor to be placed on the center of the display panel (

).
Tilt the display panel approximately 5° backward and place the USB sensor in the center of the display panel (
Figure 2
).
NOTE:
Place the USB sensor flat against the LCD to avoid external light contamination. DO NOT press the calibrator
against the display panel.
KEY MAP
UP/DOWN:
Changes from setting to setting
LEFT/RIGHT:
Changes the setting selection
(ie...SELF or COPY)
SELECT:
Moves to the next step of calibration
EXIT:
Moves back one step of calibration

NOTE:
Refer to the Key Map (

) when changing settings during the calibration.
Self calibration and Copy calibration can only be performed using the X-Rite i1 display2 sensor.
During calibration activities and during normal operation, do not change the digital input.
Always use the SAME digital input.
NOTE:
With no input signal on the screen, press LEFT and RIGHT button at the same time more than 3 seconds.
The CALIBRATION menu will appear.
Self Calibration
1. To show the CALIBRATION menu, plug-in the USB sensor to the sensor port (
Figure 2
) or select CALIBRATION in the
advanced menu (page 20).
