6. Making Connections (Projector Model iS10)

 6-1. Connecting the Image Input Terminals

Your projector has three image input terminals, namely, the HDSDI A input terminal, the HDSDI B input
terminal and the DVI-D input terminal.

• HDSDI A/B input connectors (SDI-A/SDI-B)

Input serial digital images from a Video Server or Video Source. (Both inputs of SDI-A/SDI-B are used with a DUAL LINK

input.)

• DVD-D input terminal (DVI)

Input digital RGB signals from a PC.

6-2. Connecting the Various Control Terminals

For control, your projector comes with such ports as the USB ports (type A/type B), the PC control terminal
and the Ethernet port (RJ-45).

• USB port Type A (USB A)

For future extension.

• USB port Type B (USB B)

Use this port when controlling the projector in USB connection from a PC.

• PC control terminal (PC CONTROL)

Use this terminal when controlling the projector in serial connection from a PC.

• Ethernet port (LAN1/ LAN2)

Use this port when controlling the projector in LAN connection from a PC.

• Wired remote control connector (REMOTE 1)

This is used in conjunction with the connection of the supplied

wired remote control.
