Express5800/320Ma: Site Planning Guide
Planning for Cables
To accommodate cables from your Express5800/320Ma 3.2 GHz or 3.6 GHz system,
make sure to provide:
•
Two telephone lines:
– One telephone line for use when calling for service
– One telephone line for the ASN modem
•
Ethernet jacks, switches, or hubs, as needed
•
Two electrically separate grounded AC wall outlets, or a UPS and a wall outlet,
within reach of the power cords from the system or PDUs and additional outlets for
any components that do not connect to a PDU
Make sure that cables you plan to connect to the system are long enough to reach
between the system and external components or connections. S
