Transferring a Call to a Mailbox
You can transfer an outside caller to a co-worker's mailbox
(Subscriber, Guest, or Alias Network) so the caller can leave a mes-
sage. This is handy when the caller needs to speak with a co-worker
who is out of the office.
You can also transfer a caller to other types of mailboxes. More
specifically, you can transfer a call to an Announcement, Interactive,
Message Center, Directory Dialing, or Call Routing Mailbox. Your
System Administrator can tell you about Interactive, Directory Dialing
and Call Routing Mailboxes. The others are described in this guide.
