7.3 System Settings
This area contains settings which can be used to alter installation parameters and
protect the current configuration of the SensorMATe. The settings in this area are as
follows:
•
Op. Mode
– This function allows the Left and Right inputs to be configured
according to a set of default preprogrammed parameters. It is selectable
between:
o
“No Change” –
Keeps the existing parameter settings.
o

Allowing full control over both IPs separately. Note:
The initial configuration has the following default parameters
programmed:
LH input is configured for use with older Paper Thin occupancy
solutions. (Tremble =1 Second with 24 Hour monitoring).
RH input is configured for Enuresis solution. (Sensitivity=5)
o

configuration of parameters such as bed absence and dwell times.
o

default parameters: (Alarm delay/ tremble set to 1 Second)
•
“Settings PIN”
– Entry of a four digit code enables password protection and
prevents any configured settings from being altered. The entry of “0000” disables
any applied PIN protection. Note: In the case of password protection being
applied and the PIN code being forgotten use code “1010” to unprotect the unit.
•

– This function inhibits the “Standby” button and prevents the unit
from being switched off. Select “Yes” to inhibit the standby button and “No” to
allow the button to be used as an On/Off switch. Note: Selection of this
functionality does not prevent the button from being used for direct return to the
monitoring page from any of the settings menus.
•
“LoBatt repeat hrs”
– This area allows the Automatic Low Battery (ALB)
periodicity to be adjusted between 8 Hours and 166 Hours (approx. 7 days). The
time is defaulted to 24 Hours.
•
“Contrast

any configured “Date and time Settings”.
