7.4.5
Tremble (0.5S)
This setting is used with bed and chair occupancy solutions. It can reduce the number of
false alarms which can be caused by people sitting up or fidgeting whilst being monitored.
The setting is defaulted to 1 Second (Setting “2”) and can be adjusted in 0.5 Second
adjustments to a maximum of 10 Seconds (Setting “20”).
7.4.6 Enuresis Sens.
This setting is only applicable to enuresis sensors and as such will only be displayed for the
RH (4P4C RJ10/22) socket. It sets the threshold when an enuresis event will be registered.
Adjustment can be made between levels 1 and 9 and is defaulted to level 5. Level 1 is the
least sensitive and level 9 is the most sensitive with respect to moisture detection.
7.4.7 Alarm Type
This function sets the Alarm type which is sent as part of the radio transmission upon
sensor activation. This allows for different types of sensors plugged into the same
SensorMATe to be identified individually without selecting different radio Alarm ID codes.
7.4.8 Std. Alarm Count
This allows the installer to set the number of primary alarms that occur before the unit either
stops transmitting or subsequently transmits an “Upscale Alarm”. The number of
transmissions is configurable between 1 and 10. Pressing the “Mute Alarm” key will stop
subsequent transmissions during the repeat cycle.
7.4.9 Alarm Rep. Del. (m)
This function sets the period of time that a retransmission of the alarm event is set to occur
at. The SensorMATe must be either muted or the alarm condition reset to prevent
retransmissions. It can be configured for a repeat delay in minutes of anywhere in-between
5 and 45 minutes.
Note: If the SensorMATe is being used with a Neo Carephone it may be desirable to
inhibit this function to prevent repeat alarms being transmitted to the Alarm
response center. To inhibit simply select the Std. Alarm Count to “1”
7.4.10 Upscale Alarms
This function sets the number of “Upscale alarms” which are to be transmitted. This function
can be used as a management tool highlighting staff training requirements and ensuring
that raised alarms are being dealt with at source in a timely manner. The function can be
set to transmit between a count of “0” which is displayed as “Off” and “9”.
7.4.11 Upscale Rep.Dly (m)
This function sets the repeat delay period that the up-scaled alarm transmission is set to
occur at. The SensorMATe must be either muted or the alarm condition reset to prevent
retransmissions. It can be configured for a repeat delay in minutes of anywhere in-between
5 and 45 minutes.
