You have now created a “snapshot” of your current adapter configuration. You
can create different network setup configurations (or “.nsw” files) for Network
Profiles by completing the following steps.
step1.
Set the network configuration you want in the Networking Control
Panel
step2.
Reboot Windows
step3.
After rebooting, run Network Profiles. Choose your network adapter
from the drop-down menu and choose Save. Be sure you save it under
a different filename from any previously saved setups unless you want
to replace that setup. Each setup is stored in it’s own file
step4.
Repeat steps 1 to 3 until you have created all the setups you need
5.3 Switching Between Different Network Environments
Use one of the following methods to switch between network environments:
Method 1:
Open Network Profiles on the CableFREE toolbar, select a Network Adapter, click
the Load button, choose a setup file, click the Apply button.
Note: If you choose a network profile for a network adapter not currently in this
computer, you need to shutdown the computer manually, insert the required
network adapter, and then restart the computer.
