6. Configure the IVR profiles
•
Voicemail
a. Check the box to enable.
b. Select a voicemail recording profile you wish to play from the pull-down menu.
c. Select DTMF number (e.g., 0 thru 9) that activates this process. When you
call into the IVR and press this number, the Voicemail message will be
played.
•
Phone Extension
a. Check the box to enable.
b. Select DTMF number (e.g., 0 thru 9) that activates this process. When you
call into the IVR and press this number, the message will be played.
•
Replay
a. Check the box to enable.
b. Select DTMF number (e.g., 0 thru 9) that activates this process. When you
call into the IVR and press this number, the “Guide message” will be played
again.
7. Click the
Add
button to add a new process.
8. The
Enter New Extension
window displays.
a. Enter a name for the process in the
Name
field.
b. In the Type field select
Extension
or
Go to IVR (see below)
