5. Select the
Source
(e.g., Telephone or PC).
6. Click the
REC
button to record your message.

If using a phone to record your message: the phone will ring, pick up the receiver
and record your message. When finished, disconnect the call.
7. After recording the message you can click the green play arrow to listen to it. If you’re
not happy with the message click the REC button again and record a new message.
8. When finished, click the
Save
button.
9. Back on the
Voicemail Settings
screen; click the
button
to configure the email
address you want to send your
incoming voice messages to.
10. Check the
Enable
box and enter your
email address in the
Send voicemail to
field.
11. Select the desired
Voicemail Quality
keeping in mind that higher quality produces a
larger file to send through email.
12. Click the
Save
button.
