REMOVING THE POLy-V WHEEL:

Tools needed:

Phillips screwdriver or Cordless drill with Phillips tip

3/16 Allen wrench

Snap ring pliers

Step 1:

Remove the Side covers according to REMOVING THE

SIDE COVER procedure for the U916 or R916.

Step 2:

Remove the Alternator Poly-V belt by slowly “walking”

the belt off the Poly-V wheel in a clockwise motion.

Step 3:

Using a 3/16 Allen wrench, loosen and remove the

four mounting screws. See

Step 4:

Remove the Snap ring (
