 – Each unit equipped 

with a safety interlock switch on the filter access 

panel to shut down the fan while replacing  

the filter (Gas units only).

EASY FILTER ACCESS

 – Each unit utilized 

thumb screws to attach filter access panel. 

 

A filter retainer rod is provided to insure proper 

installation.

SERVICE PORTS

 – High and low side service 

ports are accessible from the front of the  

chassis using a reuseable access knock out.

*GAS UNITS

 – Each gas unit shall have a  

clear view sight glass for easy furnace  

diagnosis. Unit to be equipped with the  

means of taking in outside air for combustion 

through factory installation.

All installations should factor a proper  

building heat loss/gain, along with appropri-

ate duct sizing, gas mains and riser sizing, and 

electrical supply wiring to be figured by a 

 

professional engineer familiar with local and 

national codes.

5. Standard Controls & Components 

 – 

Equiped to utlilize single, 2-stage, or clock 

thermostat. Factory mounted 4x4 junction box 

provided for wiring. 16” x 25” x 1 disposable 

return air filter for all models. All gas units 

 

equiped with dual LED light providing self-diag-

nostic trouble shooting codes. 3/4” x 16” flexible 

tubing included to connect to condesate drain 

connection (field provided and installed).

6. INSTALL 

Comfort Packs have a highly recommended  

option of a wall sleeve for a clean finish and 

future service accessibility. In order to remove 

the chassis a 29” wide by 29” deep open area 

must be left,unobstructed in front of the access 

panels. 

7. SALES

5 year warranty of all parts and 10 year  

warranty of the heat exchanger (gas only).

The lower section of the Comfort Pack has a 

slide out chassis for easy service. The 

self-

contained refrigeration system and both 

blower and condenser motor are located 

in the chassis. All standard maintenance 

instructions are within the installation and 

users guides.
