Parts Warranty
The Comfort Pack warranty covers five (5) years on parts (gas and electric), five (5) years
on compressor (gas and electric), and ten (10) years on heat exchanger (gas only), from the
date of installation (must have receipt of purchase and/or installation invoice). If a warranty
startup sheet or installation invoice is not returned to the factory, startup date is considered
as the day shipped from the factory.
RMA’s
All claims are to be completed by our simple RMA request form submitted from the dealer.
When a questionable claim occurs it is always best to consult our sales team for proper
protocol on the warranty.
Returns
All warranty parts and equipment are requested to be returned for warranty credit. Please
keep in consideration unless otherwise deemed by a factory representative. National Comfort
Products is not responsible for any labor or freight cost during warranty returns.
Availability
We keep a large quantity of replacement parts available here at the factory for direct
shipment in the case they are not available at your local dealer.
Support
Whether warranty or not our sales team can provide technical support to aid you when
involved in a warranty situation. We can guide you to find the source of the problem before
you decide to replace parts.
