applicable rules for collection, retrieval and recycling of such products.

the bottom of each page, as well as the number of the missing or faulty part.

7. TERMS OF WARRANTY
This warranty shall only apply to use by a single private residence and shall not apply to Naterial barbecues
used in a commercial or communal environment, or to multiple residences such as restaurants, hotels,
holiday centres and rented properties.
Under no circumstances shall compensation of any kind be in excess of the amount of the purchase price
of the Naterial product sold under this voluntary guarantee.
You shall assume the risk and responsibility for any loss, damage or injury to you and your property and/or
to others and their property resulting from the misuse or abuse of the product or failure to follow the
instructions provided by Naterial in the attached owner’s guide.
Warranty exclusions
The warranty does not cover issues or incidents arising from incorrect use of the product.
The product warranty cover is limited to the value of the product.
Namely excluded are the following cases:
•
heat. It is normal for parts to be replaced over time.
•
All damage resulting from inadequate maintenance or incorrect storage, wrong assembly, or
•
Any damage resulting from incorrect use of the product (use for business purposes, use as an
incinerator...).
• Store your BBQ grill in a dry cool place.
• Before using you BBQ grill after extended periods of storage, follow the setup procedures.
•
Consequences of exposure to seaside air and/or chlorine sources such as swimming pools, ther-
mal or spa pools.
•
Damage resulting from extreme nature conditions such as hail, hurricanes, earthquakes, tsunamis
or power surges, tornadoes or strong storms.
In case of encountering problems with your product, please contact the manager of the garden depart-
ment in your store. Keep your invoice or your receipt because they will be requested for processing any
claims. We thank you for your business.
