USER PROGRAM FUNCTIONS

RING COUNT BEFORE AUTOMATIC ANSWER
You can program this unit to AUTO ANSWER incoming calls after 1 to 19
rings, or you can program it to 0 rings, if you DO NOT want it to ANSWER
incoming calls.
Allowable Range

01 to 19 Rings or 00 = OFF

00 = OFF

ANSWER RING TYPE
Your Telephone Line Service provider can supply separate DISTINCTIVE
NUMBERS for most telephone lines, known as FaxStream Duet (DR7) and
Multiple Number (DR6).
SLS3
can be programmed to only answer calls
made to your NORMAL NUMBER (DR0) or EITHER DISTINCTIVE NUMBER.

FIRST REMINDER RING DELAY TIME
Whenever you place a
Caller On Hold, there will be one or more REMINDER
RINGS to remind you that you have a call On Hold. You can set the DELAY
TIME before it generates its first REMINDER RING.
Note : If you set this value to 00 = OFF,
SLS3
will not generate ANY Reminder
Rings.
Allowable Range

01 – 99 seconds or 00 = OFF

PAUSE BETWEEN AUTO ANSWER REMINDER RINGS
You can set the TIME between REMINDER RINGS whenever a call is
Auto Answered.
