PROGRAMMING PROCEDURE
1.
CONNECT A STANDARD TELEPHONE
(or Test Phone) to the
PROGRAM PORT of DS4.
2.
TURN OFF POWER TO YOUR DS4 UNIT
3.
SWITCH ON POWER AND PRESS #
(within 30 seconds)
4.
YOUR UNIT WILL OUTPUT 3 SHORT ‘BEEPS’
Do not proceed until you have heard 3 short beeps. If you do not hear 3 beeps,
return to the start (1).
5.
ENTER PROGRAMMING COMMANDS AS FOLLOWS:
You can change parameters in any order. 1 short ‘beep’ indicates a correct entry.
1 long ‘beep’ is an incorrect entry. Try again.

A) ENABLE DTMF HANG UP
(disables Hang Up Tone detection)
To Disable DTMF Hang Up press #10
To Enable DTMF Hang Up press #11

B) MAXIMUM DOOR PHONE CALL TIME
To enter the MAX CALL TIME press #3xx
x = time limit in seconds and can be 15-99
TO EXIT PROGRAMMING MODE - HANG UP.
