Having Trouble?
Basic Troubleshooting Steps:
1. Ensure the batteries are inserted properly
2. Ensure the Remote lights up when the battery cover closes
3. Ensure the Remote changes color when turning it in your hand
4. Try turning the Remote off and on again by opening/closing
the battery cover.
5. Try resetting and re-pairing the Remote after using a
pin/needle to press the reset button on the battery housing.

NANOLEAF REMOTE IS NOT DESIGNED FOR USE IN:
Enclosed locations that limit the flow of air and/or trap excessive amounts of heat.
Places where there is a risk of electric shock.
Outdoor areas.
Wet or damp conditions.
Excessively hot environments (e.g. close to ovens, radiators, heaters, etc.)
WHEN USING NANOLEAF REMOTE:
Do not disassemble the device, as this will void the warranty.
Not intended for small children or pets. This device contains small parts that may be
a choking hazard.
Do not expose this device to water. It will cause irreversible damage that voids the
warranty.
Clean the outer shell with a soft dry cloth, do not use cleaning agents.
Handle with care, this product may be damaged when dropped against hard surfaces.
Use only the batteries required with this product, do not attempt to power it in other
ways.
Do not puncture the surface of the product for any reason.
Do not operate the product in any other way than its intended use.
Battery life may be shortened with heavy usage and/or use in extreme conditions.
Do not use the product in temperatures below -20 degrees Celsius or above +54
degrees Celsius.
