While viewing cells, use the
Focus knob
or
Focus interface
to further adjust the focus.

· Type of focus interface would be switched by tapping circle point.
· Coarse focus is larger knob which moves up or down rapidly to
get the sample into coarse focus.
Fine focus is smaller knob which moves short distances slowly
and is used to get the sample into sharp focus.
