NAGEL ELEVATOR MACHINE IS ASSEMBLED IN TWO WAYS.
1- By placing on concrete basement
2- By placing on steel construction
Assembly is performed.
ISSUES TO PAY ATTENTION IN ASSEMBLY
* Remove wedges before assembly and during moving to prevent the machine and the motor be damaged.
* Place rubber elements under steel construction or concrete basement by preventing contact
to decrease vibration.
* Pay attention that the place where the machine is placed is smooth and on balanced in two ways. For doing
this, the ground to be connected should be cleaned well before assembling the elevator machine and
assembly should be made after small bulges such as burr, are cleaned.
* Reverse stress should be avoided by squeezing machine lock screws.
* Attention should be paid to move shafts to the same axis by aligning motor and machine when it is
coupled again if motor is disassembled from machine.
* Leave no elevation difference between side foot and surface where the machine is placed.
* There should be at least 30 cm free vertical distance on rotation parts in machine rooms.
* There should be at least a 0.5 m x 0.6 m free lateral area on the side where maintenance is made and
hand wheel is used for using hand wheel and maintenance of rotating parts of machine in machine rooms.

DURING THE ELEVATOR MACHINE - MOTOR LOADING, UNLOADING
AND TRANSPORTATION, ATTENTON SHOULD BE PAID FOR
FOLLOWING ISSUES.
* Machine delivery should be performed safely. Attention should be paid for when machine is loaded,
unloaded and transported against impact and falling hazard.
* When the elevator machine motor is loaded and unloaded, it should not be left on the ground harshly.
* The motors should be placed on hand wheel certainly that is nailed on motor shaft.
* The machine should not be disassembled when it is moved to the area where it will be assembled.
* Due to level difference between machine and its driving pulley, attention should be paid against falling
on driving pulley harshly when the machine is lowered.
* Wedges are available to prevent machine having damage and to ease its transportation. These wedges
should be removed in assembling.
* Appropriate carriage lugs are available for carrying elevator machine.
* The machine and the motor weights are available on their labels.
