Application & Maintenance

8.1

Checks and preparation before operation

Check following items before operation

1

;

;

(1)Check for correct wiring;

Check  that  the  input  terminals  (1,  3  and  5)  of  the  breaker  are  connected  with  power  wires,

while output terminals (2, 4 and 6) are connected with load wires.;

2

;

(2) Check that no short circuit or short to ground occurs between terminals of opposite polarity

or exposes live parts;

3

(3) Check that terminal connection and fixing bolts are fastened without looseness.

8.2

试运行

Commissioning

  9.1

After confirming that all items in Section 9.1 are normal, then start the commissioning.

1

Ir,Tr,Isd,Tsd,Ii

等;

(1) Adjust values of Ir,Tr,Isd

,Tsd,Ii etc. in panel as needed

2

)扳动操作手柄,投入电源;

(2) Operate the handle and connect power supply

3

)断路器主电路带电后,按紧急脱扣按钮,断路器应脱扣,操作手柄处于脱扣位置;

(3) After the main circuit of the breaker is electrified, press the emergency trip button with the

handle in tripped position to trip the breaker

4

(4) If commissioning is satisfactory, the breaker can be put in operation.
