If negative post is grounded:
1)
Connect positive (+) cable to positive (+) terminal of
discharged battery wired to starter or solenoid.
2) Connect other end of positive cable to the positive terminal of
the booster battery.
3) Connect second cable (negative) to the other terminal
(negative) of booster battery.
4) MAKE FINAL CONNECTION ON ENGINE BLOCK (OR
CHASSIS) OF STALLED VEHICLE (NOT NEGATIVE POST)
AWAY FROM THE BATTERY AND STAND BACK.
If positive post is grounded:
1) Connect negative (-) cable to negative (-) terminal of
discharged battery wired to starter or solenoid.
2) Connect other end of negative cable to the negative terminal
of the booster battery.
3) Connect second cable (positive) to the other terminal
(positive) of booster battery.
4) MAKE FINAL CONNECTION ON ENGINE BLOCK (OR
CHASSIS) OF STALLED VEHICLE (NOT POSITIVE POST)
AWAY FROM THE BATTERY AND STAND BACK.
