The film should be center of the heat roller. Once the
film is centered, secure in place by tightening the thumb
screws on the core adapters.
CAUTION: The READY indicator on the display
should be illuminated. This is your indication that
the roller has sufficient heat.

Removethemainrollersafetyshieldforeaseofwebbing
thefilm.
7.
Pull the upper laminating film down over the upper
idler, over the heat roller and allow to drape over the feed
table.
8.
Slide the threading card ( a piece of heavy stock paper,
card board or similar product) between the feed table
and the film resting on the feed table. Push the threading
card into the nip of the main rollers.
CAUTION: The threading card should exceed the
width of the film to prevent activated adhesive from
adhereing to the bottom roller.
9.
Lower the main roller pressure handle to the related
filmsettingposition.
10.
Press
RUN
on the control panel.
