1 Description
• The solar auto-darkening welding helmet provides eye protection of welders against ultraviolet and infrared emissions.

The fast response time prevents eye-flash or eye-injury.
• The shade of the lens can be adjusted according to the welding current.
• The automatic control system can discriminate the welding light from sunlight.
• The solar cell can supply energy from welding light or natural light.
• Without external power, the backup lithium battery can supply energy for two years.
• The helmet is very easy to use. It is not necessary to switch off if you do not weld, and the helmet will be in sleep state.
When you weld ,it can be automatically waked up to work.
2 Sphere of application
This welding helmet is suitable for almost all types of welding, but dose not provide protection against laser welding.

4 Before use
•
Before welding work, check the helmet in good conditions and the cover lens is fitted. Never use the helmet without cover
lens, or welding splashes will damage the filter glass.
• Select shade by the shade adjuster to suit the welding current.
•
Put the helmet on head and adjust the headband screw knob to comfort you and firm fit.
5 After use
• After welding you should check the cover lens. If it is stained by dust, please wipe it off by soft cloth, or wash by mild
solution of soap. Do not use hard cloth or rough paper.
• Please keep the helmet away from damp and water splashes.
