In song mode, no matter is playing or stopping, with this mute
function, you can mute Drum part, Percussion part, Background part
(Part1~5) to individually listen your desired part. When play back the
SD card, you can also use mute function to set CH1~CH16 channel.
MUTE ON:
1. In song interface, press the [PART MUTE] button, mute corre-
sponding parts (Drum, Percussion, and Background part 1-5.)
2. In SD card playback interface, press the [PART MUTE] button,
individually mute SD card, 1-16 channels of MIDI playback, at the
same time, the [PART MUTE] button lights up.
MUTE OFF:
Press the [PART MUTE] button again, cancel current mute function,
corresponding [PART MUTE] button goes out.
Setting MUTE
You can freely setting channels which will be muted while song
playing. See procedures right:
1.
In song page (As long as you currently press the [PLAY/ STOP]
button, and the song starts playing, for example based on KIT
interface, or UTILITY interface), press and hold [MENU] button,
and then press the [PART MUTE] button, setting mute on/ off for
each channel.
2.
Use the [+]/ [-] button to shift setting item.
Mute a Channel of the MIDI Song
1. When browsing the SD card, press and hold [MENU] button, then
press [PART MUTE] to select the settings of the mute option. You
can select any of the 16 channels to be muted when the part mute
function is enabled.
2. You can press [PAGE+]/ [PAGE-] buttons to select any of the 16
channels, and press [+]/ [-] buttons to set it muted when the part
mute function is enabled. (Default setting: CH10: Mute; other
channels are set: Play.)
Note:
When setting mute, if indicator of [PART MUTE] button starts flashing
means the mute function haven’t been turned on, please press the
[PART MUTE] to turn it on
