CID Event Map
You will need to have your monitoring station map the following events for the account (Fax
this list) if Multicom is not already in their Contact ID list.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
The MC5P will send
'pending alarms' (Event type 6) with test reports, you may need to include pending alarm
notifications to come to the operator.

This notification report occurs when the MC5P starts
power cycling the Multicom Power Point. It will
restore once Ethernet is restored.

ComWatch Fail
Alarm panel has been unable to deliever contact
ID alarms via the standard PSTN/GSM path directly,
the Multicom is now the priority path (Ref Opt 5, 12
and 37).
