Replacing auxiliary PTO for gen-
eral purposes

Remove auxiliary PTO (1) by loosening
screws (2) on the gearcase.

Before installing the new PTO, thoroughly
clean the contact surfaces and coat with
grease.

Insert auxiliary PTO (1) with new O-ring in
gearcase bore.

Insert screws (2) and tighten crosswise.

Auxiliary PTO for battery-charging generator – Replacement

Remove protective cover.

Remove generator drive (→ Page 150).
