7.7 Fuel Filter

7.7.1 Fuel filter – Replacement

Preconditions

Engine is stopped and starting disabled.

• Avoid open flames, electrical sparks and ignition sources.
• Do not smoke.

Fuel filter – Replacement

Remove easy-change filter (3) with filter
wrench.

Clean the sealing face on the retainer (1).

Slightly lubricate gasket (2) on the easy-
change filter.

Screw on easy-change filter and tighten by
hand.

Replace further easy-change filters in the
same way.
