7.10.1 Mixture coolant level – Check

Preconditions

Engine is stopped and starting disabled.

☑

MTU Fluids and Lubricants Specifications (A001061/..) are available.

WARNING

Coolant is hot and under pressure.
Risk of injury and scalding!
• Let the engine cool down.
• Wear protective clothing, gloves, and goggles / safety mask.

Mixture coolant level – Check

1.

Read off system filling pressure, fuel-optimized (→ Page 27) or emissions-optimized (→ Page 31) at pressure
gauge.

2.

Top up with treated coolant as necessary (→ Page 200).
